Named scholarships & funds
When it comes to earning a college degree, the greatest obstacle can be funding.
For this reason, The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ is pleased for the opportunity each year to assist talented, deserving students achieve their dreams, thanks to more than 1,300 named scholarships established through the kindness and generosity of thousands of UA alumni and friends, corporations, and foundations.
Scholarships truly are the best way to ensure that today’s students persist to graduation. Scholarships allow students to enroll full time and remain focused on their studies; they also reduce drop-out rates, decrease the stress of student loans, and shorten the road to graduation.
If you are interested in making a significant contribution to student success, please consider a gift to scholarships. You may also establish a named scholarship at The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ, which can be created to honor a living person, in memory of a loved one, or to contribute to the growth of an area of study.

Tramonte Family Scholarship
The Tramonte Family Scholarship was established in August 2019. For more than a century, the Tramonte family has been an integral part of the fabric of Summit and Medina counties, and they have been key advocates for the area’s business and legal communities. The Tramonte family is deeply involved with a number of charitable, religious, agricultural organizations, as well as in local activities, events and sports.
The Tramonte Family Scholarship is designed to reward a deserving ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ School of Law student from Summit or Medina counties who holds an undergraduate business degree. If such a candidate is not available, or if excess funds are available after awarding per the above criteria, then The Tramonte Family Scholarship may be awarded to a ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ School of Law student outside of Summit or Medina counties with an undergraduate business degree.
The selection of The Tramonte Family Scholarship will be made by the School of Law Scholarship Committee, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law’s assistant Dean of Finance and Personnel, and ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law’s Director of Alumni and Development.
