Miller, Sally A. and Joseph G. Family Foundation Endowed Diversity Fund

The Sally A. Miller and Joseph G. Miller Family Foundation (Donor), The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Foundation, and The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ School of Law enter into this agreement to establish an endowment fund to be known as The Sally A. Miller and Joseph G. Miller Family Foundation Endowed Diversity Fund (“Fund”).  The purpose of the Fund is to support a diversity pipeline program to be created and administered by The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ School of Law.

The diversity pipeline program is designed to expose undergraduate students from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds to the law school environment and legal profession, while also providing them with the tools needed to succeed in the law school application process.

In the event that the diversity pipeline program ceases to exist, The Sally A. Miller and Joseph G. Miller Family Foundation Endowed Diversity Fund may be used to provide scholarship assistance to students at The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ School of Law who are from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds.

Use of distributed funds from The Sally A. Miller and Joseph G. Miller Family Foundation Endowed Diversity Fund in furtherance of the purposes stated herein, will be at the direction and the discretion of the Dean of The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ School of Law.
