Established in 1985 by Paul E. Martin, class of 1935, this endowed Paul E. Martin Scholarship for Ohio Epsilon Chapter of Phi Delta Theta provides financial assistance to qualified and deserving undergraduates who are members of the Ohio Epsilon chapter of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. Scholarship awards are allocated by the scholarship committee of the Ohio Epsilon chapter of Phi Delta Theta.
